Ipsum Consulting Engineers was established in 2018 by Stephen Kelly and Paul Wilkinson following their successful leadership of the Irish operations for a leading international blue-chip engineering consultancy. With more than 25 years of experience each in MEP design and consultancy across Ireland and the UK, Stephen and Paul bring extensive industry expertise and a client-focused approach. Their combined knowledge enables them to deliver tailored advice and effective engineering solutions, ensuring each client receives the highest level of service and support throughout their project.
